About the role
Join our dynamic team at Tastiway Sdn Bhd as an IT professional. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support and troubleshooting to our valued clients in Alor Setar, Kedah. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.
What you'll be doing
- Respond promptly to IT-related inquiries and requests from users
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Provide technical support and training to users on various IT applications and systems
- Maintain and update IT systems, including installing software updates and patches
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of IT-related activities
What we're looking for
- Relevant experience in IT support or help desk roles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of common IT applications and operating systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
