What you'll be doing

• Perform product First Article Inspection (FAI), Cpk studies, and trial run measurements where applicable.
• Conduct machine and process capability studies (Cpk, GR&R) when required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inspection results through SPC monitoring systems.
• Analyzes data to identify trends in product quality or defects and performs defect analysis reporting.
• Identifies and recommends corrective measures for process problems·
• Investigate root cause on the product or process failure.
• Ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented and communicated.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience and basic understanding of plastic injection molding processes and quality inspection methods.
• Familiar with basic measurement instruments (e.g., coordinate measuring machine, caliper, micrometer, height gauge, smart scope, etc).
• Knowledge of SPC, Cpk, GR&R, and FAI will be an added advantage.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and apply GD&T concepts.
• Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
