We are seeking an experienced L2/L3 Senior Network Security Engineer to join our offshore team supporting our Australian operations. The ideal candidate will be technically strong, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the maturity and leadership potential to guide junior engineers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of supporting tickets and incident management, troubleshooting issues end-to-end and keeping customers updated.
  • Be the go-to escalation point for junior engineers by guiding, mentoring and solving any complex issues.
  • Support Fortinet firewall products and related technologies, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by contributing ideas and recommending process enhancements.
  • Conduct research and collaborate with team members on new technologies and network solutions.
  • Ensure service quality and adherence to SLAs in a 24/7 support environment.

What we are looking for:

  • Highly proficient in English as you will be supporting Australian clients
  • Strong technical background in network and security support (Level 2/Level 3).
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule as part of a 24/7 support team.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a SNOC/Network Security Engineer role, ideally in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) or similar support-based environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge in network security, routing, and switching.
  • Hands-on experience with Fortinet products is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with other vendors such as Cisco or Juniper is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10, RM14,000.00 per month
