About the role

This full-time Commis position at Pullman Miri Waterfront in Miri, Sarawak offers an exciting opportunity to join the culinary team in a renowned hotel. As a Commis, you will be responsible for assisting the Chefs in the preparation and execution of various cuisine in the hotel's kitchen.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes according to recipes and standards
2. Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace
3. Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
4. Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests
