We're looking for a
Fashion Operations Executive
to join our growing team at

, an in-house batik clothing brand under HighGround. This role focuses on day-to-day operational excellence to support the brand's continued growth.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate daily order fulfilment, shipping, and logistics to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
  • Manage customer inquiries and aftersales communication through WhatsApp, email, and social channels (sometimes walk-in at our studio).
  • Liaise with our suppliers and vendors to coordinate stock, tailoring, and deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory levels and restocking needs.
  • Support campaign launches, offline events, and operational improvements as the brand scales.

What We're Looking For

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English (Malay and/or Chinese is a bonus).
  • Willingness to learn and ability to solve problems proactively.
  • Previous experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce operations is a plus (but not required).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing brand environment.
