Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle delivery and collection of legal documents, court bundles, and correspondences to and from courts, clients, banks, government departments (e.g., LHDN, SSM, Land Office), and other relevant authorities.
  • Ensure all legal filings, submissions, and document deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
  • Assist in serving legal documents and maintaining proper records of delivery or acknowledgment.
  • Collect and deliver cheques, invoices, receipts, and other important documents as required by the firm.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive legal materials.
  • Keep a logbook or record of all dispatch activities for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Perform basic office errands, such as banking, mailing, or purchasing office supplies when needed.
  • Support the administrative and clerical team when there are no dispatch duties.
  • Ensure the company vehicle/motorcycle is well maintained and kept in good working condition.
  • Any other task as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a dispatch clerk, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Possess a valid motorcycle license (Class B2).
  • Familiar with routes around Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas (courts, government offices, etc.).
  • Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia (English is an advantage).
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours when urgent deliveries are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
