Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split, window, central, and VRF/VRV units).
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in air conditioning systems and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Repair or replace defective parts such as compressors, fans, motors, and filters.
  • Perform refrigerant recharging and ensure proper gas levels.
  • Conduct system performance tests and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and customer support on system usage and maintenance.
  • Keep records of maintenance work, repairs, and replacements.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines during operations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Air Conditioner Technician or HVAC Technician.
  • Diploma or certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical components.
  • Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
  • Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in HVAC maintenance.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in different environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid GDL's license driver (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with smart AC systems and energy-efficient solutions.
  • Knowledge of HVAC software for diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
