Requirements:
- Degree in Admin or Human Resource
Job Scope:
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Involvement in recruitment, including advertising vacancies and conducting interviews.
- Arranging Letter of Appointment (LOA) and providing office equipment for new employees.
- Supervise the probationary period for new Protégé hires and maintain communication with department heads regarding the confirmation process.
- Updating staff personal data in the system.
- Supervising incoming and outgoing letters.
Assisting in preparing HR-related reports and documentation.
Attendance and Payroll
- Monitoring employee and Sub-con attendance for multiple office locations (KL Branch, PPUM/ JETI/ PENGERANG Site Office).
Ensuring record-keeping is updated.
Policy Implementation and Compliance
- Implementing office standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ensuring staff compliance with company policies.
- Monitoring new Protégé hires' confirmation period and liaising with department heads.
- Ensuring the company complies with labor laws and regulations.
- Establish communication with governmental agencies in matters related to HR.
Being a spokesperson for HR-related matters.
Administrative Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters.
- In charge of staff travel arrangements.
- Maintaining and monitoring office supply.
- Setting up a Google Drive platform for project e-filing.
- Providing support and management services to various divisions when needed.
Additional duties related to office and administrative tasks.

Contract length: months
Pay: RM600.00 per month
