The Admin is responsible for the smooth daily operations of the language centre, ensuring that administrative, academic, and customer service functions are carried out efficiently. This role supports teachers, students, and parents, maintaining a positive learning environment and professional image for the centre.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Front Office & Customer Service

  • Greet and assist walk-in visitors, parents, and students with professionalism and warmth.
  • Handle phone, WhatsApp, and email enquiries promptly.
  • Provide accurate information on courses, schedules, and promotions.
  • Assist in registration, placement test scheduling, and new student onboarding.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and tidy environment.

B. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Prepare attendance lists.
  • Maintain accurate student records, payment receipts, and registration data.
  • Manage stock inventory for books, stationery, and other supplies.
  • Liaise with HQ on documentation, reports, and any other updates.
  • Assist in handling petty cash, invoicing, and payment tracking.
  • Prepare letters, memos, and notices for parents and sudents.

C. Academic Coordination

  • Support teachers in printing and distributing materials or exam papers.
  • Coordinate class timetables and rescheduling requests.
  • Assist in exam administration, results compilation, and progress report printing.
  • Help organise workshops, contests, and events (e.g. Open Days, Speech Day).

D. Facilities & Compliance

  • Ensure classrooms and common areas are well-maintained.
  • Liaise with vendors or contractors for repairs and cleaning.
  • Ensure all administrative processes comply with centre policies and data privacy requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Min. SPM qualification, preferably pass with credits in English/Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good command of English/Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google tools
  • Experience in education or customer service is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM RM100.00 per day
