The position is under Hong Leong Islamic Asset Management Sdn Bhd (HLISAM).

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives to enhance visibility and client engagements.
  • Promote brand awareness and knowledge sharing through the Company's social media platforms to develop and distribute content focused on Islamic Finance.
  • Support client onboarding processes and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage clients' inquiries through inbound calls, walk-in customers, and online platforms.
  • Maintain and update client documentation.
  • Follow up regularly with clients' requests and provide solutions to cases.
  • Keep marketing deck updated and ensure sales force and relevant stakeholders are informed through sales distribution channels.
  • Assist to update and maintain the Company's policy and procedures.
  • Attend to any other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

  • Pursuing Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Islamic Finance, Economics, Marketing, Investment or any equivalent.
  • Knowledge in market developments and industry trends related to digitalization is an added advantage.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Canva.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Final-year students with a minimum internship duration of 4 to 6 months are preferred.
