Production Leader, Production Operator

Company Intro:

Orion Technology Sdn. Bhd is seeking ambitious and dynamic individuals to join our team as Production Leaders, Production Operators, Warehouse Keepers, and IPQC Operators. This is a full-time opportunity based in our state-of-the-art facility in Batu Kawan, Penang. In these critical roles, you will be responsible for driving the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations, ensuring we meet the highest standards and exceed our customers' expectations.

Production Leader

Job responsibility

1.Develop production plans, resolve process deviations, organize work order reconciliation, and execute final decisions from cross-functional meeting sign-offs.‌

2.Conduct pre-job training/assessments,  work permit applications, verify attendance records, and manage overtime scheduling.‌

3.Enhance product quality to meet  targets; ensure workshop safety compliance and proactive accident prevention.‌

4.Optimize production efficiency and reduce costs; strengthen material control to minimize inventory loss.‌

5.Implement 6S methodology (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety).‌

6.Daily maintain of production machinery and equipment.‌

7.‌Complete temporary Jobs assigned by Top management.‌

Requirement:

1.More than 1 year of management experience in the manufacturing, with production leader experience is preferred.

2.Secondary school education or above, skillful use in computer and office software, like Excel and Word.

3.Responsible and hard-working, with strong planning and coordination skills, Can adapt to overtime work in production.

4.Can communicate in Chinese or English

Production Operator

Job responsibility

1.Execute production according to work order, accurately document production  and work order reports;

2.Inspect incoming materials,  self-checks during operations, and promptly report quality deviations;

3.Maintain 6S in production areas, Ensure equipment cleanliness, organized storage of materials and tool;

4.‌Complete temporary Jobs assigned by production leader;

Requirement:

1. At least 18 years old ,healthy, with effective communication and comprehension skills
2. Responsible and hard-working, Can adapt to overtime work in production.

Warehouse Keeper

Job responsibility

1.Material management, Inventory control‌, organize logistics documentation, 6S Implementation‌;

2.Cross-departmental Support;

3.Complete temporary Jobs assigned by Top management.‌

Requirement:

1. Minimum Education: SPM or equivalent
2. Experience: At least 1 year in warehouse/storekeeping (Fresh graduates can apply)
3. Language Skills: Basic English, Malay or Chinese
4. Computer Literacy: Able to use basic MS Excel / Inventory Systems
5. Physical Fitness: Able to lift items up to 20kg and operate in warehouse environment
6. Driving License: Forklift license is an added advantage
7. Working Hours: Willing to work shifts and overtime when required
8. Traits: Responsible, organized, punctual, able to work independently and in a team

IPQC Operator

Job responsibility

1.Conduct inspections and testing throughout IQC, production, and finished goods shipment , Compile and consolidate inspection/test data into reports;

2.Highlight the deviation data and track corrective action progress, ensure the quality issues closed;

3.Use the Lab machine to test and record the data;

4.Complete temporary Jobs assigned by Top management.‌

Requirement:

1. Responsible and hard-working, with IPQC experience is preferred.
   
   2.Can use Lab machine experience is preferred, without experience are actively encouraged to apply‌, as the company provides training;
   
   3.Having ability to describe quality issues‌ and ‌precise documentation skills‌;
2. SPM or above, skillful use in computer and office software, like Excel and Word.
   
   5.Can communicate in Chinese or English
