VFive Group SND. BHD. is seeking enthusiastic and talented protégés to join our dynamic team. We have exciting opportunities in our Procurement / Quantity Surveyor (QS) departments. This is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship from industry experts, and contribute to innovative engineering projects.

LOCATION : Bangunan Sultan Iskandar, Johor Bahru

Job Responsibilities:

For Procurement Protégé:

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations
• Support preparation of Purchase Orders (PO), comparison sheets, and procurement documents
• Assist in vendor coordination and follow-up on deliveries
• Maintain procurement records and documentation
• Support compliance with company procurement procedures

For Quantity Surveyor (QS) Protégé:

• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and measurement works
• Support preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ) and variation orders
• Assist in monitoring project costs and expenditures
• Support contract administration and payment documentation
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related field
• Basic understanding of procurement processes and cost management
• Knowledge of measurement, costing, and construction contracts is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Good analytical, numerical, and documentation skills
• Able to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work in a team environment
