Job Description:

  • Oversee all financial operations, ensuring the highest standards of integrity, reporting, and compliance with local regulations and group policies.
  • Prepare and deliver timely financial reports, including monthly management accounts, flash statements, and annual reports.
  • Manage the annual audit process with external auditors and oversee all tax submissions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on departmental expenses, cash flow, and company performance against plans and targets.
  • Establish customer credit limits and manage the collections process, escalating as necessary.
  • Lead and manage the Human Resources function, including payroll, statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO), and performance management systems.
  • Oversee Information Technology (IT) coordination, ensuring systems, equipment, and vendor management meet group standards.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team within the Finance, HR, and IT domains.
  • Act as a key business partner to the General Manager, providing strategic financial advice and volunteering insights to support decision-making.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned by the company's leadership.

Job Requirements:

  • Hold a
    Bachelor's degree
    or above in Finance or Accounting.
  • Have
    over 5 years' experience
    as a
    Senior leader
    with direct experience of managing full financial reporting.
  • Experience in governance, taxation, ISO requirement, IS/IT, HR matter, FP&A.
  • Strong business & financial acumen.
  • Strong leadership and people management experience.
  • Able to speak and write in Chinese.
