At AZEO, we help companies grow through learning, talent development, and teambuilding solutions. We're expanding and looking for a Client Solutions Consultant who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and helping clients choose the right training solutions.

If you're someone who loves connecting with clients, enjoys travel, and wants a clear career path in sales, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Reach out to new business prospects and introduce AZEO's learning & teambuilding solutions
  • Attend client meetings (online/onsite) and understand their needs
  • Work with the operations team to prepare proposals and quotations
  • Follow up with leads, manage your pipeline, and close sales
  • Build long-term relationships with corporate clients
  • Hit monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets and grow your portfolio
  • Travel for client meetings (Klang Valley/Outstation)

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills in English & BM (Mandarin is a bonus)
  • Enjoy meeting people and confident presenting solutions
  • Target-driven and eager to learn with self discipline
  • Must have a valid driving license and your own car
  • Fresh grads with excellent communication and presentation skills are welcome; sales experience is an advantage
