What you need to do:

• Lead the production department in new model development and the setting up of new assembly lines.
• Design and plan the assembly line for new products, including work balancing, standard working time, and line capacity.
• Create work instructions and guidelines, and provide assembly training to production staff.
• Monitor and analyze production efficiency to ensure it meets planning and capacity targets.
• Planned and carried out continuous improvements to enhance productivity and quality in the assembly process.

What we need from you:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in production assembly or the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is required
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to speak Japanese is an added advantage
