What You'll Do
- Handle
incoming customer calls
and proactively reach out to clients to offer car/motorcycle insurance renewal services - Guide and persuade customers through the renewal or new purchase process in a professional manner
- Prepare and
send insurance quotations promptly via email - Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and timely follow-ups
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve customer satisfaction
Who We're Looking For
- 1 year or less experience in telemarketing, call center, customer service, or debt collection
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Able to communicate in
basic English & Bahasa Malaysia - Computer literate and comfortable with online systems
Positive attitude, motivated, and results-driven
