Location: Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, issue, and verify customer invoices in a timely manner.
- Ensure billing accuracy by cross-checking shipment or job details against supporting documents.
- Handle e-Invoice preparation and submission in compliance with LHDN Malaysia requirements.
- Maintain accurate billing and e-Invoice records in the accounting system.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts and operations teams.
- Handle billing-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Support administrative and clerical tasks related to the billing department.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in billing, invoicing, or general accounts is preferred.
- Familiar with LHDN e-Invoice system or willing to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
- Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
