Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, issue, and verify customer invoices in a timely manner.
  • Ensure billing accuracy by cross-checking shipment or job details against supporting documents.
  • Handle e-Invoice preparation and submission in compliance with LHDN Malaysia requirements.
  • Maintain accurate billing and e-Invoice records in the accounting system.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts and operations teams.
  • Handle billing-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks related to the billing department.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in billing, invoicing, or general accounts is preferred.
  • Familiar with LHDN e-Invoice system or willing to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
