Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer to design, build, and optimize the core backend systems that power our real-time, high-performance platforms. You will play a key role in developing scalable services, architecting microservices components, and ensuring low-latency operations across distributed systems.

This role is ideal for engineers who are deeply hands-on, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement core engine modules and backend service components.
  • Build scalable API services (REST/gRPC) for high-traffic environments.
  • Develop event-driven communication patterns using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
  • Integrate with internal platform services (e.g., wallet, risk logic, real-time data pipelines).
  • Optimize backend performance to ensure reliability and low-latency operations.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and propose technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Tech Lead, DevOps, and frontend teams to ship high-quality features.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and testing.

Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in and Go.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Proficiency with Aurora, DynamoDB, Redis, or similar database technologies.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments (AWS, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with high-concurrency or real-time transactional systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and deep understanding of backend performance tuning.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an agile team.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with real-time event streaming or high-frequency processing.
  • Familiarity with performance profiling and advanced system optimization techniques.
  • Exposure to infrastructure-as-code or DevOps tooling.
