Position : System Analyst

Salary : RM 5,000 – RM 7,500

Working Hours : Monday – Friday

Location : Tropicana Garden

Job Scope

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

· Evaluate existing systems and identify areas for improvement or optimization.

· Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.

· Work closely with software developers to ensure solutions are technically feasible and aligned with user needs.

· Create system diagrams, data flowcharts, and other technical documentation.

· Conduct system testing and validation procedures to ensure functionality and reliability.

· Support project planning and contribute to the estimation of time and resources required.

· Coordinate with QA teams to define test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

· Assist in the implementation and deployment of new systems or enhancements.

· Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed systems.

· Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions as needed.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

· Proven experience (2+ years) as a System Analyst or similar role in software development projects.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

· Experience with modeling tools and techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN, ERD).

· Basic knowledge of databases, SQL, and programming concepts.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM7,500.00 per month
