CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

  • Develop update and maintain 3D BIM models in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project requirements.
  • Coordinate and integrate design models across all disciplines to identify and resolve design conflicts.
  • Conduct clash detection and prepare coordination reports to support design and site teams.
  • Review and verify BIM models to ensure completeness accuracy and alignment with latest design changes.
  • Support the implementation of BIM workflows, modelling standards, templates, and quality control procedures.
  • Provide BIM support and technical assistance to project teams during design, coordination, and construction stages.
  • Ensure model information aligns with client requirements, design specifications, and company standards.

Job Requirement

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BIM modelling in Construction industry.
  • Data Centre experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM coordination tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, coordination workflow, and model integration.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple model updates under tight deadlines.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
