Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Air conditioning and refrigeration System or equivalent professional qualifications
- Knowledge of service, checking and installation of air conditioning, HVAC units
- Knowledge and hand on of air conditioning systems, 410 A inverter, air cool speed and VRV. VRF systems
Responsibilities:
- To perform routine maintenance & servicing for building & office HVAC systems. AHU. chillers & cooling towers
- To Diagnose problems and troubleshoot all aircon equipment's
- Replace or repair malfunctioning components such as compressors, motors, fans and thermostats
- Test HVAC systems for functionality, efficiency and safety
- Overseeing external contractor's works /service and monitor their performance
