The Opportunity


Architect high-level AI solutions
and create a road map to guide and inform the development teams.


Lead the design of system architectures
that effectively integrate LLMs into existing business processes and workflows.


Evaluate and recommend AI tools and technologies
to enhance solution robustness.


Act as the key decision-maker
in technical choices, balancing immediate needs with long-term impacts.


Foster strong collaboration
between data science, engineering, and product teams to align architectural developments with business goals.


Guide the organization
in maintaining a scalable and cost-effective technology stack.


Provide mentorship and technical leadership
to less experienced architects and developers.


Our Ideal Candidate


Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
(Master's degree preferred)


Continuous learning
through professional development courses in AI and architectural design is highly recommended.


Strong background in AI, machine learning, and software architecture
with a special focus on natural language processing and deep learning.


Hands-on experience with large language models, transformers, and the latest AI technologies
like RAG pipelines and vector embedding.


Proficient in techniques
such as in-context learning, fine-tuning, zero-shot learning, and few-shot learning.


Experienced in designing and deploying AI applications
on both on-premises and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).


Solid understanding of model management tools and practices,
ensuring models are scalable and maintain optimal performance.


Excellent programming skills in Python,
including familiarity with AI and ML libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.


Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with teams
to translate complex requirements into functional architecture.
