Location: Country Heights, Kajang, Selangor

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Montessori Directress to join our team and guide children aged 3–6 years old in their early learning journey.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and deliver Montessori-based lesson plans and activities.
2. Manage and maintain a positive, nurturing classroom environment.
3. Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom.
4. Observe, guide, and support each child's individual development.
5. Communicate professionally with parents and colleagues.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Teaching, or related field.
2. Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu (spoken & written).
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Patient, creative, and passionate about working with young children.
5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Montessori-trained candidates or those with experience in the Montessori environment are highly encouraged to apply.
