We're looking for a UI/UX Director based in Kuala Lumpur to define how this intelligence is experienced. You'll translate real-world complexity, sensors, workflows, data streams, and AI logic - into clarity. Your work will shape the interface between humans and physical AI.

What You'll Do

● Own the experience. Define the user journey across Allocate Space's web, mobile, and dashboard products.

● Design the system. Build a unified design system that ties together modules like Teams, Check, View, and Things.

● Prototype at speed. Use , Figma, and AI-assisted design tools to rapidly test and evolve ideas.

● Humanize automation. Turn IoT data and AI workflows into intuitive, trustworthy interactions.

● Collaborate deeply. Work side by side with engineering using React, Shadcn UI, Tailwind, and Recharts to bring designs to life.

● Mentor and lead. Grow a design team that balances precision with imagination.

● Shape the brand. Extend Allocate's calm, architectural design language across all experiences digital and physical.

What We're Looking For

● 8+ years of UI/UX experience, including 3+ in a leadership or director role.

● A portfolio demonstrating complex, data-rich systems or IoT/AI interfaces.

● Expertise in Figma, design systems, and component libraries.

● Familiarity with AI-assisted design , Galileo, Uizard, etc.) and modern prototyping workflows.

● Strategic and hands-on — able to move from concept to production with elegance.

● Bonus: experience with architecture, automation, or industrial UX.
