Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and clearly explain home appliances such as televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, air conditioners, vacuum cleaners, and various kitchen appliances to customers.
  • Provide a premium in-store shopping experience by offering attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the most appropriate home appliance solutions.
  • Support and work toward achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain appealing product displays, uphold cleanliness standards, and regularly ensure stock availability.
  • Keep up to date with the latest product features, promotions, and technological advancements.
  • Collect customer feedback and share valuable insights with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with store staff and management.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Genuine interest in home appliances and consumer electronics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and customer-oriented.
  • Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Experience in retail, mobile, or consumer electronics sales is an added advantage.
