About the role

As a Video Editor cum Marketer for Transmatic Automotive Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content that supports the company's marketing and advertising initiatives. Working within the Automotive Industry, this full-time role in Shah Alam, Selangor will allow you to utilize your expertise in the Editing & Publishing sub-industry to help drive the company's visual storytelling.

What you'll be doing

  • Shoot and capture video content for various marketing and internal projects.
  • Shoot and capture picture for poster & banner for advertisement.
  • Do copy writing for social media content.
  • Editing raw footage to create engaging and impactful video content
  • Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and bring their visions to life
  • Selecting appropriate video, audio, and visual effects to enhance the overall quality and impact of the content
  • Ensuring all video projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard
  • Providing recommendations and feedback to improve the video production process
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest video & poster editing trends and technologies
  • Coordinate with team for Podcast
  • Other task that required from the company

What we're looking for

  • Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia with minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience, preferably within the Advertising, Arts & Media industry.
  • Minimum education at least Diploma in related field.
  • Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take direction well
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under tight deadlines
