Overview:

Sinergia Group of Companies is currently on the lookout for a dynamic individual with full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing, interviewing and selecting qualified job candidates for our clients. 

We are looking for a recruiter who will help our clients find the right talent to staff their companies with. To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience filling various jobs for different roles, departments and seniority levels.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with clients to determine staffing needs.
  • Publish job advertisements on social media, career pages and online job boards.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
  • Generating strong candidate database for clients.
  • Utilize a range of suitable candidate attraction strategies including: database searching; referrals; advertising, amongst others.
  • Preparing candidates for interviews before forwarding them to clients.
  • Updating clients on the hiring status of candidates (e.g. screened applications).
  • Managing clients portfolio and maintaining good relations with them.
  • Keeping detailed records and information of past applicants (e.g. interview evaluations, resumes, and assignments).

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in recruitment or human resources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Exceptional motivation with strong ambition and sales-driven
  • Respond proactively and positively to targets
  • Familiarity with ATS and resume database technology
  • Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
