About the Role:

We are looking for a Fashion Designer / Boutique Assistant who is passionate, creative, and dedicated to the art of fashion.

If you have at least 2 years of experience and a strong knowledge in tailoring, we'd love to have you as part of our boutique team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and assist in creating exclusive fashion collections for the boutique.
  • Develop design sketches, fabric selections, and concept boards.
  • Handle tailoring, fitting, and alteration of garments to meet clients' needs.
  • Support daily boutique operations, including managing customer orders, inventory, and product displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and offer styling advice to clients.
  • Assist in fashion promotions, photo shoots, and marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the fashion or boutique industry.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in tailoring and garment alteration.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and updated with current fashion trends.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under deadlines.
