Key Responsibilities

As part of the
Production Engineering Surveillance Team
, you will:

  • Monitor, track, and report
    daily production summaries and dashboards by field (including well and reservoir parameters).
  • Establish, maintain, and update
    production databases .
  • Analyze well and reservoir performance
    using compatible software (OFM, PROSPER, GAP, MBAL, etc.).
  • Prepare and submit
    monthly Production Allocation Reports for CLIENT approval.
  • Deliver and present
    Monthly Production Surveillance & Engineering Reviews to stakeholders.
  • Propose, plan, and review
    Reservoir Surveillance Programs and Production Optimization activities.
  • Develop and update
    well models monthly and recommend offtake optimizations.
  • Prepare production outlooks
    (short-term: 3 months to 1 year; medium-term: up to 3 years; long-term: 5 years+).
  • Support and prepare
    input for AMiR, ARPR, and reservoir management submissions .
  • Plan, track, and evaluate
    well intervention and production enhancement programs, including post-job analysis and lessons learned.
  • Support reservoir depletion planning
    and compliance activities.
  • Analyze and monitor
    gas disposition and carbon management performance.
  • Ensure all data, models, and reports
    are compiled .

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Petroleum Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field
    .
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
    in Production Technology, Reservoir Engineering, or Production Engineering Surveillance for Malaysian assets.
  • Familiar with
    ARPR, FDP, WPB and FFR
    process.
  • Proficiency in
    OFM, PROSPER, GAP, MBAL
    , and other engineering tools.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Strong teamwork and communication with subsurface, wells, and operations teams.
  • Field experience (onshore/offshore) will be an added advantage.
