REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architect or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Able to handle high profile residential/commercial/corporate office/hotel and related projects.
  • Able to handle full consultancy work from conceptual presentation to project completion.
  • To provide professional advice on space planning, design conceptualization, material proposal and color scheme.
  • Create visuals, design layout and finished artwork, e.g. layout plans, detailed drawings, 3D drawing and as-built drawing.
  • Work closely with Quantity Surveyor, Project Managers and Director.
  • Comprehensive understanding in renovation and site issues.
  • Conduct site visits and meetings with architects / designers / development team.
  • Posses high level skill in 3D visuals for interior design using 3DsMAX.
  • To liaise with consultants / development team and understand requirement prior to the commencement of interior design work.
  • To produce 3D perspective drawings and mood boards.
  • Prepare visuals, project costing and material selection.
