Job Description: Clinic Staff Assistant

Klinik Siti Fatimah Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinic Staff Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a friendly and personable individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  1. Responsibilities:

    ● Patient Registration:

    * Greet and welcome patients to the clinic.

    * Register new and existing patients accurately and efficiently.

    * Collect patient information, including demographics, insurance, and medical history.

    * Schedule and manage patient appointments.

● Front Desk Operations:

* Answer and direct phone calls.

* Manage appointment reminders and confirmations.

* Handle patient inquiries and concerns.

* Assist with insurance verification and billing processes.

* Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

● Administrative Support:

* Assist with data entry and record keeping.

* Prepare and maintain patient files.

* Order and maintain inventory of medical supplies.

* Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

  1. Qualifications:

    * High School Diploma or equivalent.

    * Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required.

    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    * Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    * Friendly and patient-oriented demeanor.
