Swimming Coach

Your Role:

• Develop and implement swimming training programs for individuals or groups, focusing on improving techniques, speed, and endurance.
• Instruct swimmers on proper swimming techniques, including strokes, breathing, and safety protocols.
• Plan and conduct swim practices, adapting to the abilities and progress of the swimmers.
• Monitor swimmers during training sessions, providing constructive feedback and motivation.
• Ensure the safety of all swimmers, adhering to facility safety rules and emergency procedures.

About You:

• Full-Time: No swimming experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, dedication, and the ability to motivate swimmers to achieve their best.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends for practices and competitions.
• Certification in lifeguarding, first aid, and CPR (preferred but can be provided as part of training).
