  • Prepare monthly ad performance reports.
4. SEO & Website Management
  • Assist in website updates, landing pages, and product information.
  • Conduct basic SEO tasks (keyword research, on-page optimization).
  • Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and other tools.
5. Email & WhatsApp Marketing
  • Create and distribute newsletters or promotional emails.
  • Manage customer databases and segment audiences.
  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
  • Identify market trends and customer behavior.
  • Monitor competitor marketing activities.
  • Propose new marketing ideas and strategies.
7. Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.
  • Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, leads, conversions, and ad spend.
8. Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work closely with sales, creative, and management teams.
  • Support company events, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Assist with any additional marketing-related tasks as assigned.
