About the role

As a Cleaning Supervisor at MANFORCE GROUP BERHAD', you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee and coordinate all cleaning activities at the site in compliance with the Client Team's scope and standards.
  2. Ensure all assigned areas are clean, safe, and presentable, meeting premium-grade commercial property standards.
  3. Maintain daily supervision of both day and night shifts, ensuring proper manpower attendance, task allocation, and quality assurance.
  4. Conduct daily site inspections for all tenanted areas and common areas.
  5. Supervise cleaning teams for office spaces, toilets, pantries, lift lobbies, and common zones according to prescribed cleaning frequencies.
  6. Verify the availability and timely restocking of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and consumables.
  7. Supervise day and night cleaners, including float teams.
  8. Log and update all Service Requests (SRs) in the Service Request System, ensuring at least 95% completion by the nominated date.
  9. Serve as the first-level contact for WHS matters and ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 2022.
  10. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the cleaning services industry
  2. Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School (SPM/"O" Level) qualification or a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
  3. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  4. Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  5. Strong leadership and people management abilities
  6. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  7. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
  8. Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
  9. Willing to work in the Bukit Bintang area.
  10. Possess own transport.
