职责

• 准备和供应各种咖啡、茶和其他饮料,确保饮品质量和一致性。
• 操作收银机,处理现金和非现金支付,准确记录销售数据。
• 维护咖啡馆的清洁和卫生,包括清洁工作区域、设备和顾客区域。
• 为顾客提供优质的客户服务,包括迎接顾客、解答疑问和处理投诉。
• 按照标准食谱准备和供应食品,确保食品质量和安全。
• 协助盘点库存,及时补充物料,避免缺货情况发生。
• 遵守食品安全和卫生标准,确保所有操作符合规定。

Requirement

• Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification.
• Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Capable of preparing a variety of food and beverage items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, according to company recipes and standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and other kitchen appliances, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions and handle cash or card payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, seating area, and restrooms, following established cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions about menu items, and addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed, monitoring inventory levels and notifying management when items are low or out of stock.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring that food and beverages are prepared and served in a safe and sanitary environment.
