JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of third-party security guards.
  • Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises to identify and address security risks.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and report findings to management.
  • Maintain detailed records of security incidents, visitor logs, and shift reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company security protocols and local regulations.
  • Train and mentor third-party guards on company procedures and emergency response.
  • Support investigations related to theft, vandalism, or other security breaches.
  • Recommend improvements to security systems and procedures.
  • Lead and assign tasks to third-party security guards.
  • Enforce company security policies and take corrective actions when violations occur.
  • Report directly to the EHS Manager or designated company officer.
  • Make decisions during emergencies to protect personnel and property.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in industrial or corporate security, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing third-party security teams is highly preferred.
  • Additional certifications in security management, emergency response, or law enforcement are an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
  • Familiarity with security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems).
  • Physically fit and able to perform patrol duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
