MIS Engineer

Work Experience:

• At least 1 years working experience

Professional Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Cisco/HPE Layer2/Layer3 Switch, AP, Understanding with LAN troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of x86 Server and PC hardware maintenance.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office(Word, Excel, Outlook…).

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related courses

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Malay and Mandarin (to communicate with colleagues from Taiwan)

Job Description:

• In charge of all IT infrastructure maintenance, excludes Server, Switch, WiFi , etc.
• In charge of OA hardware and software maintenance.

Other Requirements:

1. Computer-related exception handling

1. On-site network maintenance and handling

2. SFIS system maintenance and exception handling

3. Printer maintenance

4. IT-related material management and issuance)
