Join our team as part of a dynamic, global team of 40 across Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our regional teams to grow an exciting portfolio of Korean brands such as Beauty of Joseon, Needly, Tirtir and other top of trend Korean brands.

We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our brand's growth across online and offline channels. You will play a key role in coordinating marketing campaigns, managing events, and driving strategies that connect with beauty consumers and elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing & Campaign Leadership:

  • Design and create visually stunning assets for social media, online platforms, web, campaigns, digital ads, and print materials
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce, marketing and channel teams to create campaign visuals that align with the brand image
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications
  • Support in post-production editing when needed
  • Stay current with design trends, especially within the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle industries
  • Support event planning and designing of event space
  • Prepare and deliver production-ready files for printers and vendors
  • Source materials and fixtures, and work with vendors to manage production, fabrication, and installation schedules  to align on project requirements, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and commercial work
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), Canva
  • Familiar with 3D software (e.g. SketchUp) and video editing software (e.g. Capcut) is a plus
  • Understanding of social media platforms and best practices for visual content
  • Good sense of design and excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
