1 Role Overview

1.1 Ensure compliance of QC inspection plans which are adequate to meet customers' requirements

1.2 Supervise incoming, in-process, outgoing inspection and maintain relevant records of the inspections

1.3 Review and record on non-conforming products and verify corrective actions taken

1.4 Assist HQ QC Head to handle customers' complaints and corrective actions

1.5 Assist HQ QC Head to ensure calibration of inspection, measuring and testing equipment are implemented

1.6 Maintain effectiveness of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System

2 Skills Required

2.1 Sound knowledge of QC

2.2 A strong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.

2.3 Dedicated and self-motivated, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.

2.4 Ability to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.

2.5 Possesses good research, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

3 Qualifications

3.1 Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in QC positions

3.2 Language proficiency: Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
