  1. Participate actively in retail and wholesale operation to ensure smooth business operation, including inventory management, price auditing and sales strategy.

  2. Provides supports and assistance in resolutions of IT (including software, database, computers, POS peripherals and CCTV).

  3. Liaise with equipment manufacturers and suppliers for technical matters.

  4. Perform overall maintenance and software update on systems and POS, to ensure the synchronization between server and POS software.

  5. Routine inspection and maintenance on hardware and software.

  6. Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair hardware and software issues.

  7. Running regular checks on network and data security (internet, firewall, and telephone systems)

  8. Expected to be work on call and mobile.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
