About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accuracy, and supporting daily accounting operations. You will play a key part in ensuring data integrity and smooth administrative workflow within the finance department.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform initial checks and data entry for purchasing and sales invoices into Excel as per company format.
- Accurately key in accounting data into accounting software with guidance provided.
- Handle general filing, printing, and administrative support related to finance records.
- Assist with petty cash and sales cash count when required.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking team).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility in handling data.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
