 Assist to review contracts and tender documents to ensure compliance with the laws

 Assist to review contracts and tender documents to ensure compliance with the laws and technical specifications and also ensure smooth and timely operations of development projects and the compliance of contracts' terms and conditions.

 Ensure accurate and proper preparation of tender documents its compliance with the law as well as with technical requirements and specifications and in-line with master company schedule.

 Ensure accurate and proper preparation of contract documents eg. Letter of acceptance, instructions for tender, forms of tender, forms of agreement, conditions of contracts, specifications and bills of quantities accurately and in-line with master company schedule.

 Attend site meetings with Project Engineers, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors to review project progress, discuss and resolve any issues highlighted pertaining to the projects.

 Ensure regular work-in progress inspections, prior to verifying claims by consultants, contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that the workmanship and materials used conform to specifications.

 Liaise with Project Manager of Project Planning in the preparation of detailed project cost for approval by the Management.

 Prepare progress reports on contractual aspects of the projects for management review.

 Perform all other duties as instructed from time to time by Contract Manager.
