Position: Montessori Primary Teacher

Location: SRII Madrasati, Seksyen 7, Shah Alam

Start Date: December 2025

Employment Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver lessons based on Montessori methods for children aged 6–12.
  • Create a nurturing, engaging, and respectful classroom environment.
  • Observe and assess students' development and adapt lessons accordingly.
  • Maintain a prepared and orderly classroom with appropriate learning materials.
  • Foster independence, responsibility, and a love of learning in students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student growth.
  • Maintain records and write progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certification in Montessori Education (AMI/AMS/other recognized institute).
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a Montessori setting (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and a caring attitude.
  • Passionate about child-led, hands-on learning.
