Job Responsibilities include:

  • Friendly greet & welcome customers
  • Excellent customer service must always start with a warm and sincere smile.
  • Process cash, check, and credit card payments using cash registers and digital systems.
  • Take orders accurately and provide recommendations on menu items accordingly
  • Food preparation & beverage making
  • Serving food & beverage promptly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness & organization of dining and service areas
  • Opening & closing preparation work
  • Ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean and properly sanitized. This includes cleaning floor, cleaning utensils, serving equipment and maintaining all areas to health code standards.
  • Always maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the restaurant.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B industry
  • Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and service skills
  • Team player, positive attitude, good communication skills
  • Be able to work in a fast pace working environment
  • Preferable Malaysian Citizenships
  • Possess own transport
  • Able start work immediately
