About the role

Become a Takaful Advisor with EMPIRE GROUP' and play a crucial role in providing financial protection and investment solutions to our clients. As a Takaful Advisor, you will be responsible for educating clients on Takaful products, assessing their needs, and proposing the right coverage to meet their requirements. This is a full-time position based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engaging with potential clients to understand their financial goals and protection needs
  2. Explaining the features and benefits of various Takaful products, including life, health, and investment-linked plans
  3. Providing personalised recommendations and proposals to clients based on their individual circumstances
  4. Assisting clients with the application and documentation process for Takaful products
  5. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, Takaful product offerings, and market trends
  7. Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the Takaful business

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  2. At least 1 year of experience in the financial services or Takaful industry
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
  4. Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored Takaful solutions
  5. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  6. Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in financial planning
  7. Registered with the Malaysia Takaful Association (MTA) as a Takaful agent
