Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, Finance
in
Senai, Johor
.

As a FP&A Manager, You will:

• Prepare and review of management reports of Senai entity, including analysis of its actual performance to determine the root causes and formulation of action plan with Operations (including GM) to improve financial results
• Forecasting and budgeting of Malaysian entity, including able to articulate forecast assumptions for revenue, cogs and production expenses
• Preparation / review of reports such as Dashboard, PBT by customer etc. including allocation of common costs etc.
• Involve in the function and reports related to Product Costing, and analysis of production expenses
• Review and business partner with Operations on formulation of action plan, including PPV claim from customer, material cost saving, repricing validation etc.
• Serve as a business partner by assisting operations teams to drive performance and meet the OPBT% targets set by top management.
• Assist FC and GM in preparation of Malaysian Business Review slides
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned by Site & Regional Financial Controller and GM
• Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company's Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.

What skills and experiences are we looking:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 -10 years of relevant financial reporting and analysis and/or other relevant working experience under manufacturing environment
• Strong ability to work under tight deadlines
• Good working attitude, hands-on, matured, logical thinker and effective business partner
• Good communication and analytical skills, including strong excel skills and SAP & Power BI experience preferred
• ERP and Excel experience required
