Key Tasks
- Generate 3/4/5-axis CNC programs using Siemens NX.
- Simulate and validate NC programs to eliminate potential errors.
- Select and define cutting tools, holders, and machining parameters.
- Prepare setup sheets and machining documentation.
- Support machine operators during program prove-out.
- Conduct time studies and optimize machining cycle times.
- Review part drawings and identify machining challenges early.
- Maintain proper version control of CNC programs.
- Assist in tooling trials, prototyping, and new product launch.

Pay: RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
