Job Description

• To collect and compile monthly/ quarterly progress report of system objective target progress report.  To collect and compile evidence of closure of corrective action from NCAR issued.
• To update status of corrective action raised from external and internal audit.
• To assist in document amendment and distribution.  To collect & compile internal audit checklist and to prepare audit summary report.
• To prepare NCAR Form for external and internal audit and circular for approval.
• To assist in preparation for TQM related in-house training – evaluation form, compilation checking of training pre and post-test.
• To organize and upkeep TQM related documents/ record filing system.
• To assist in Sustainability Program such as Hari Kitar Semula and Best Green Office Award.
• To check and compile status of documents/ record retention time and disposal.
• To assist in any other TQM related program as and when required.
