1. Hardware & Software Support- Troubleshoot computers, printers, POS machines, and network devices.
- Install, configure, and update software applications used by various departments
- Assist with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, eZee, Fidelio, or similar.
- Support Point of Sales (POS) systems for restaurants and cafés.
- Help with keycard systems, phone systems (PABX), CCTV, Wi-Fi, and guest internet services.
- Basic troubleshooting of LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Monitor network stability and escalate to vendors when needed.
- Support Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Finance, HR, and Sales for any IT-related matters.
- Work closely with vendors for system troubleshooting.
