Project Engineer/Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
1) Assist Project Manager by preparing all necessary back up relating to change requests.
2) Preparation of progress report, construction schedule, inspection of site works, attend site meeting and monitoring of works progress.
3) During construction phase, proactively manage project to achieve quality, schedule, budget and safety, utilize and maintain tools; schedule and document management to track and record project performance.
4) To coordinate and supervise job site activities and provide technical assistance when needs arise.
5) Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
6) Inform management of productivity, costs, quality control, document management and processing of applications for payment. Notify management of any issues that arise which effects quality, budget, progress and safety.
7) Communicates with client, consultants, subcontractors, supplier or its related parties on technical and contractual obligations to achieve a smooth and efficient implementation of the project.
8) Assist the Project Manager in planning and execution of project on site.
9) To ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the drawings and specification, complete on time and within budget.
